Maintenance Agreements include:
- 1-10 PCs – 4 hours of support and up to 2 onsite visits per month
- 11-15 PCs – 5 hours of support and up to 3 onsite visits per month
- 16-25 PCs – 8 hours of support and up to 5 onsite visits per month
